Scholarship Money is Available!
*Winnebago County Empowerment has scholarship money available for individuals attending
3-year-old and 4-year-old preschool. Scholarship applications are available at the center and are turned into the Winnebago County Empowerment Board for approval.
Other Resources for Families
*LMCPD has a wonderful "Family Resource Center" located in the front entry of the center. Individuals can find lots of videos, DVD's, books, flyers, and other information on just about any parenting topic available. All of these materials are free for families to check-out at no cost. This "Family Resource Center" has been funded by a very generous donation from the Cummins Corporation.
